Navy WWII "Throw-Back" Dress Khaki Uniform approved
The Navy Times is reporting that the CNO has approved a World War II throw-back Service Dress Khaki Uniform design for Navy Chiefs and Officers .

The uniform will be available late next year and is a result of feedback and testing from the fleet. It is an optional uniform that can be worn in place of Navy Summer Whites or Service Khakis. The design includes a Black Tie and Long or Short Sleeve versions.
