NAVY CRACKERJACK UNIFORM UPGRADE UNDER CONSIDERATION


                          

Upgrades to the Navy Crackerjack Uniform are under consideration according to the Navy Times.  The Times is reporting that after 24 months of testing the Navy will vote on upgrades to the Crackerjack Uniform later this year. 

If approved, the upgrades will modernize the traditional Navy Crackerjack Uniform for enlisted sailors E-6 and below.    

Issues during wear tests are being worked out the Navy hopes to get the New Crackerjack Uniform before the Uniform Board within the next 12 Months.
