The Rolling Loadout Bag is a rolling foot locker with an enormous main compartment. It has internal mesh zippered pockets for improved organization and concealable pull handles at both ends. 

 Cargo pockets with an accessory storage bag on MOLLE/PALS panel and adjustable carry straps can serve as backpack straps, then detached and stored for airline check-in.  It has a triple set of wheels for rolling over uneven terrain or sand and skid rails for protection from stairs or curbs.
